The recent series of measures introduced by Xiamen City to support the development of "Three High" enterprises—those with high growth, high technology, and high added value—has been a source of great encouragement for us. These measures, which address issues such as land use, taxation, financing, and housing for talent, reflect Xiamen City's confidence and determination to grow and strengthen its real economy. Notably, the policies aimed at encouraging enterprises to increase production and efficiency, enhance research and innovation capabilities, and strengthen the supply of talent resources, are particularly beneficial for helping more small and medium-sized enterprises overcome development barriers.

Especially in terms of talent acquisition, the policies provide attractive incentives, such as individual income tax reductions, support for residency registration, and the provision of affordable rental housing for high-end talent, thereby increasing the appeal of enterprises to top talent. As a company primarily engaged in overseas business, we suggest that the government introduce more tax-related support policies specifically for import and export operations, which would help companies expand their international presence.
