Based on the principle of DEM, the material-air two-phase flow state can be analyzed to study elasticity, viscosity, plasticity, deformation grade, sliding, expansion and fluidity of material particles. Combined with the operation parameters and specific working conditions of the belt conveyor (material status, unloading height, loading point location etc.), the layout of the discharge chute at transfer station is designed and modeled in 3D to simulate the trajectory state of the material flow.
